Failed videos
If a generation fails or times out, its video credit goes back to your pack automatically and we email you. You can try again with the same photos at no cost. If the video still finishes later, you get it for free.
Unused credits
Credits never expire. If we can't deliver a video at all, or you bought a pack by mistake and haven't used it, email us within 14 days and we'll refund the unused credits to your original payment method.
Results you don't like
AI output varies from take to take. If a finished video clearly misses (wrong person, broken faces, missing scene), use the “needs work” button on your result page or email us with the video link and we'll make it right with a free re-take or a refund for that video.
