Your photos
Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. Don't upload photos of minors without a parent's consent, and don't use the service to impersonate, harass or deceive anyone. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
Payments, video credits and refunds
Packs of 1, 3 or 10 videos are one-time purchases; there is no subscription. Each pack gives you that many video credits (one credit makes one video). Credits don't expire and are tied to your private pack link rather than an account, so keep that link. If a generation fails, its credit is returned automatically. If we can't deliver a video at all, email us for a refund of the unused credits. AI output varies; we can't guarantee a perfect likeness in every video.
Your video
You may use the videos you generate for personal and social media use. Videos are silent and contain no music; you are responsible for any audio you add (use the platform's licensed sound library). Only upload photos of people who agreed to appear, keep the video a parody, and label it as AI-generated where the platform you post on requires it. Don't use the service to impersonate, harass or deceive anyone.
